Correction
The premiere has been pushed back to Monday June 13th. Not sure why they decided to do this, but at least it shows they are still thinking about the show. Remember, we still have a chance of the show not being cancelled if TONS of people tune in.
It's BACK!!!
We are back on air starting June 7th. Unfortunately at this point, the WB does NOT have SL listed under the Fall lineup. This has prompted everyone to say the 'show is cancelled', BUT we still have 5 episodes (2 months) starting on the 7th to get the ratings UP! The show initially caught fire in the summer, and to be honest during the summer is the only time I think this show can survive...so HOPEFULLY the WB will see a strong audience starting June 7th and will decide to bring it back for Summers or if we are lucky MIDSEASON next year. So the bottom line...its cancelled unless we can get HUGE ratings this June/July.

Summerland in JUNE
It has been confirmed that the show will return in June, not sure of an official date yet, but it will be early June. Once it returns, the ratings for first episodes will determine if the show is picked up for another full season. So stick tight until June and then make sure you tune in!
'Spring Season Finale'
Ok, on Monday at 8pm there will be a 2hr 'Spring' Season Finale of Summerland. What does this mean? After Monday, Everwood will be back for 1-2 months then it will start up again! The show is NOT cancelled, although ratings have fallen some, it still has very solid ratings. So don't worry the show will be back before you know it(1-2months)

Summerland on Hiatus
Following a 2-hour episode on April 11th, the show will be taking a break and Everwood will resume its time-slot until its season finale on May 23rd. Neither show has been renewed for next season yet. Hopefully ratings will pick up the next 2 weeks. |
A new network called "The N" is being launched. It is a "nighttime ntework for teens" and has just acquired the rights to Summerland and Dawson's Creek! On May 1st, the show is BACK! At least repeats are. So check the N Network at 7pm on May 1st for the very first episode. All 26 hourlong episodes will be aired.
